Company Driver

Your Road, Your Reward

As a BARI 91 company driver, you'll enjoy the stability and support of working with a trusted carrier while earning top-tier pay. We start all our company reefer drivers at 70 CPM with the potential to earn up to 75 CPM — and every single mile is paid.

Compensation

Base pay starts at 70 cents per mile for reefer loads. All miles are paid — no unpaid deadhead. For exceptional candidates, we also offer 30% of gross as an alternative pay structure.

Stay on the road 4 weeks or more? We add an extra 5 CPM bonus on every load driven during your time out, bringing your total to 75 CPM. That's our way of rewarding drivers who keep the wheels turning.

Routes & Home Time

Our routes are mostly Midwest and East Coast. Dispatching is forced for company drivers to ensure consistent work and miles.

Home time depends on your home state. Typically it's 4 weeks out / 3-5 days home. We understand the importance of family time and work with you to make it happen.
